Tips for the digital queue

No more waiting in front of the tourist office, but online is just as exciting when the clock strikes 10:00! Here are our best tips for the digital queue.

Please note: this year you will receive a mobile ticket (i.e., no PDF via mail).

1) Make sure you already have an account on Ticketmaster.co.uk. You can do so here!

2) Log in to your account and be ready with the right links in front of you.

3) At 10:00 am the virtual gates will open and you will be given a random spot in the ‘queue’. Do not refresh your page from this time!

4) Select your ticket(s) and click ‘continue’. Checkout your ticket(s) and share your joy with us through our social media channels!

5) You will receive a mobile ticket this year! This is not printable and can be viewed via your Ticketmaster account (via your mobile browser or the Ticketmaster app)
