Join us in the Maas Cleanup 2024!
Together we care for the literal ground of our existence. Because only with attention to our environment, there is a future for our festival. That’s why on Saturday, March 23, 2024, together with our team, our crew and hopefully you, we will get to work along the Meuse!
Will you help us with the Maas Cleanup? Then sign up for an action along the Meuse! Our base of operations is the cleanup action in Borgharen on Saturday, March 23. Is Borgharen not nearby for you? Then you can also sign up for another cleanup action in the country! For example, on Saturday, March 23, we will all color from pink to blue for one day.
To give you a push in the green direction, we are raffling off a number of weekend tickets to Pinkpop 2024 among participating volunteers in conjunction with the Maas Cleanup. So feel free to bring more family and friends!
We enjoy contributing to social and sustainable initiatives. After all, together we take care of the literal ground of our existence. In this, the Maas Cleanup aligns perfectly with our sustainability goals. Because only with attention to our environment, is there a future for our festival! Niek Murray (Festival Manager Pinkpop) says: “Some of us have participated in a Maas Cleanup cleanup before. It’s a great initiative to put our shoulders to the wheel.”
Maas Cleanup cleans up about 200,000 kilos of trash in one day. Thousands of volunteers, together with companies and (nature) organizations, are doing a huge amount of work on March 23 to make the banks of the Maas litter-free. Via the Maas Cleanup, read more about our collaboration.
