Shaboozey

Where does a megahit like A Bar Song (Tipsy) come from? Its creator, Shaboozey, grew up in Woodbridge, Virginia. His parents loved country music, while his friends were into hip-hop, so a mix of both felt natural to him. His early tracks leaned more toward rap, but roots music gradually took the lead. Shaboozey’s unique talent was spotted by Beyoncé, with whom he co-produced two tracks for her Cowboy Carter album. His own album Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going became a bestseller, and A Bar Song turned into a global hit. This makes us even more curious about his Pinkpop debut!
