Please note: The only official sales channel for Pinkpop tickets is www.ticketmaster.nl. For more information, visit www.weetwaarjekoopt.nl. If you have any questions or doubts, always contact Ticketmaster or Buro Pinkpop first.

Day box office

If there are still tickets available at the time of the festival, we sell them at the day ticket booth. This is located at the main entrance of our festival grounds at the Pinkpop Square.

Please note! Tickets at the day ticket booth are more expensive than those purchased in advance. You can pay by Maestro Debit Card at the day ticket booth (credit cards are not accepted).

How do I receive mobile tickets?

You can only order tickets for Pinkpop online through www.ticketmaster.nl. Your mobile tickets will appear automatically in your Ticketmaster account (via your mobile browser or the Ticketmaster app) after purchasing your tickets.

Please note: you will not receive a PDF of your ticket(s) via email. Your ticket is mobile and ready in your Ticketmaster account. Ticketmaster is happy to explain to you here why mobile tickets are so convenient and sustainable.

How do I receive my wristband?

Are you staying at one of our campsites?

  • Upon arrival, you will receive a wristband upon presentation of your weekend ticket.
  • Please note! Glampink visitors collect their wristband at the Glampink, not Camping A, B, or C.

Do you have a weekend ticket, but are you not camping?

  • Even then, you will receive a wristband! You will receive it immediately after scanning your (valid) weekend ticket at the main entrance of our festival grounds.

Accessibility at Pinkpop

Accessibility for people with disabilities

Together with INTER, we ensure an accessible festival site and campgrounds. If you wish to use facilities for people with disabilities such as the MIVA camping, MIVA parking, MIVA Kiss & Ride, or permission to bring medical aids, please request this through INTER’s registration form.

Please note! There are no special festival tickets available for visitors with disabilities. No discounts are offered to individuals with disabilities or their caregivers. Everyone pays the same price.

If your request for a MIVA parking permit is denied, you can still purchase a parking ticket for regular parking afterward! However, please note that from these parking areas, you may need to walk (part of the way).

Accessible facilities on the premises

Entrance to the festival grounds
There is a separate, wide, and less crowded entrance next to our main entrance. Here, you and one companion can enter. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed on both the festival grounds and the campsite.

Raised platforms
At the South Stage, North Stage, and Tent Stage, there is a platform where wheelchair users, individuals with crutches, and those on the autism spectrum disorders (with one companion if necessary) can enjoy their favorite acts. The platform is specifically designated for people with disabilities. If the platform becomes too crowded, Inter-assistants will ask companions to vacate the platform.

Accessible toilets
Accessible toilets are available at every toilet group on the festival grounds. Additionally, there is an accessible toilet next to each raised platform. Moreover, Inter-assistants are present on the festival grounds to provide assistance, if needed, with toilet visits, eating or drinking, or any issues with your wheelchair.

Do you want to use these facilities? Request access through the INTER registration form.

Accessible facilities at the campsite

A section of Camping A is designed to make it possible for all visitors to camp at the Pinkpop festival campsite. You can sign up for this camping area via the INTER registration form.

Please note: submitting a request does not automatically guarantee that you will be able to stay at the accessible camping area. Each request is individually reviewed to allocate the available space as effectively as possible.

Accessible parking and Kiss & Ride

A parking lot for people with disabilities will be set up as close as possible to the entrance of the festival grounds and Camping A. Access to this parking lot can be requested through INTER. The number of spaces is limited, so don’t wait too long to submit your request!

If you wish to use additional facilities or need permission to bring certain items, please email: pinkpop@inter.vlaanderen

Are guide dogs and service dogs allowed?

These loyal helpers are allowed on both the festival grounds and campsites!

Can I bring specific food or medication?

It is not necessary to apply for approval in advance. During your visit, please bring a valid medical certificate (or certificate from your doctor) to the accessibility entrance. Here, INTER will check whether your medication and/or food can indeed be brought in. Meanwhile, your friends can simply enter via the regular entrance!

You can keep your medication and/or food cool at the first aid posts on the site.

Is a ‘Vaste Gast’ ticket needed on the accessibility camping?

No, the accessibility camping does not accommodate ‘Vaste Gast’ tickets. Please make a separate application via INTER’s application form.

Is there a space available for breastfeeding?

A breastfeeding room is available at our first aid post next to the South Stage. In this room, it’s also possible to store breast milk in a refrigerator. Security is aware of this arrangement and permits you to bring a breast pump onto the festival grounds.
